“At best the guidance from Phio may allow individuals to resolve their issues completely without the need to see a physiotherapist. But even if they do still need to see a physiotherapist from the local NHS team, patients will have access to information and guidance to prevent the condition getting worse and the physiotherapist will have a much clearer idea of how to help solve the problem when they see them because the information from Phio will be available.
